    Is it planned to have an option where fields only apply to a custom product variation? So Condition to show would be a certain variation…

    Yea, it is already implemented, not released yet, developer testings are going on.

    And as it is in premium version only, As per WordPress policy, we are not supposed to discuss this in this forum, You can come over our site for further discussion.
