Thanks for the link. First of all it appears that the theme you are using has removed the default WooCommerce Image and replaced it with a custom hook. If the WooCommerce hook is present Dynamic Gallery will replace the existing Gallery, if it has been removed then Dynamic Gallery cannot know what the custom code is and cannot replace it – that is why you are seeing the Woo Gallery and the Dynamic Gallery both on the page.
This will be the same with any WooCommerce Product Gallery plugin – they all rely on the theme developer following the WooCommerce theme codex.
There is no easy way to fix this. You can use a child theme and create a custom template that uses the WooCommerce hook – but that is a lot of work. Much easier for the theme developer to just fix their code.
Re the Product Variations – Sorry the Product variations galleries are a feature of the premium version of Dynamic Gallery. Having said that I do not know if that will work for you – again it depends on the Colour swatches plugin you are using and how those colour swatches are built.
