Hi @alaahaj
I have the new version of WordPress 6.3.2 and I can’t associate images with variations.
From what I understand, you’re having a bit of trouble associating images with variations on your WooCommerce site, even though you’re using the latest WordPress 6.3.2 version. Let’s see if we can troubleshoot this together.
Firstly, let’s make sure you’re doing the right steps. Here’s your guide to associating images with variations in WooCommerce:
- Navigate to Products from your WordPress admin dashboard.
- Select the product you wish to add variation images to.
- Scroll to the Product Data section and choose the Variations tab.
- From the dropdown menu of the variation, select where you want to add an image.
- Click on the image box to upload or choose an image.
- After selecting your image, remember to click Save Changes.

If you’re still having issues despite following these steps, several things might be causing this:
- Keep Your Plugins and Themes Up to Date: Make sure all your plugins, themes, and WordPress itself are current. This often solves compatibility problems.
- Memory Limit: Consider increasing your PHP memory limit. A low memory limit can sometimes cause issues like this. Here’s a guide: ?? Increasing the WordPress Memory Limit.
- Plugin Conflict: Try deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and see if the issue persists. If it doesn’t, reactivate your plugins one by one to identify the conflicting ones.
- Theme Conflict: Try switching to a default WordPress theme like Storefront and check if the issue remains. If it doesn’t, your theme might be the problem. Here’s a helpful guide on how to test for conflicts: ?? How to Test for Plugin and Theme Conflicts.
If the problem persists after trying these steps, we could use some more information. Specifically, screenshots of the steps you’re taking and any error messages you’re seeing would be extremely helpful. This will allow us to understand what’s happening and provide a more accurate solution.
You can share screenshots using https://snipboard.io. Just follow the page instructions and paste the URL in your reply.
Sharing your site’s System Status report will also help us understand your site’s setup and identify the problem. You can find it via
WooCommerce > Status
. SelectGet system report
and thenCopy for support
.If there are any fatal error logs, please share those as well. You can find them under
WooCommerce > Status > Logs
.Once you’ve gathered this information, please paste it inside a Code block in your reply, or use https://pastebin.com to paste it and share the link with us.
Thanks for your patience and cooperation in this matter! We’re here to help you get this sorted.
The problem is that I have a different dashboard than you do. I’m attaching a picture. I thought that because of the new update, it changed.
How can I get the same dashboard as you? In the dashboard I have, there is no option to add images at all.

Hi,
I still haven’t received a response!
Is there a way to help me to resolve the issue?!Hello @alaahaj,
Only the first screenshot is visible from my end, but I understand what you mean. :?)
What you’re seeing is the new product editor. To disable it, navigate to WooCommece →> Settings → Advance → Features.
