Variations are a mess

I just installed and started testing out Woocommerce yesterday, and I must say variations are a complete mess to products that have dozens of variations. I currently sell diamond jewelry, and we like to add sizing options, and gold color options, but the price and qty of each variation never change, it’s the base price and infinite quantity. I have found with Woo that you have to manually put in a price and quantity for each variation..which is ludicrous when you have dozens of variants that never change the base price or quantity of the item (we’re made to order so the quantity of our items is unlimited.).

With all of that being said, is there a plugin that will assist us in making variants simple? I just want the variants to use the base price and unlimited quantity without having to add dozens of variants every time to each newly created product.
