Variations data being deleted

I have noticed that some of my variation data gets deleted after I save. The variation shows up but when you look at it on the front end it shows that there are none available. When you view it in the backend, the variants SKU and price aren’t there. I tried increasing max_input_var but it doesn’t seem to be helping. In fact, sometimes it deletes data when the max_input_var hasn’t been reached yet.

Any help would be appreciated!
