I checked your site on my mobile phone using the DuckDuckGo and the Chrome browser, and it is working as expected.

Does this issue only appear when using the mobile view option of Chrome on your desktop computer? Because I also tried the mobile phone screen size dimension on the desktop computer using Firefox, and it worked correctly; the issue could then be related to Chrome.

Could you please confirm if this is the case?

Have you checked the console debugging? there is a lot of error there even in your firefox.
however, if you click on the thumbnail again after choosing a product option you will see the error, it will crash…. Or if you click on the product thumbnail and slide your finger, a bunch of errors appear in the debugger console…
Tested on Mobile, chrome, Microsoft Edge, instagram Browser etc…..

I checked this product page on my mobile phone with Android and the product image is changing when you change the variation using the select box. I had to wait for the page to fully load though in fact when it is not fully loaded it seems to be misbehaving.

When an issue like this happens, you may want to check if it’s correctly working with a default theme like Storefront and disabling all other plugins except WooCommerce.

If you don’t see the same problem, that means your theme or another plugin is causing a slowdown on your site and initially, the variations select box won’t work as expected, until the page is fully loaded.

Reactivate the theme first and check again. Then, go on and reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing this behavior.

I reinstalled from scratch a new wordpress and after installing I simply installed woocommerce, after that I added a product manually. I recorded a video showing the same problem that is happening. As you can see in the video, this is a chronic problem that happens on all web browsers.
Notice the errors that happen when I try to slide the screen with the mouse (my finger) over the product thumbnail. after the error I can no longer select the variations.

If changing the browser/clearing the browser’s cache or using incognito mode doesn’t help, there may be a problem with LiteSpeed cache as I see some errors related to it in the console on your production site https://mimilon.com.br/.

Can you please get in touch with your hosting provider and ask them to disable any server-side caching?

As you can see in the video, the site I used is not mimilon.com.br
but a temporary mimilon.com site on that site I didn’t use any plugin, just woocommerce.
on this new site i bought a new server, to host mimilon.com
all server caches are clear,
it is a CLEAN installation

I noticed that you’re using on both sites, the Hello Elementor theme, so this issue may be related to your theme, and how they handle a mobile event.

To clarify it a bit more, the error you’re seeing doesn’t seem to be exactly an error, but a warning, however, it can mess up with a few things, especially if you’re integrating your site with different APIs.

What’s going on is that your site has an event listener that listens to touch input, and when it’s triggered, you can’t go ahead and just cancel it (unless you allow it).

I’m afraid that this event listener isn’t coming from WooCommerce, maybe from a plugin, theme, or from another API (like the one I can see your site is being injected with from Mercado Livre).

Fixing it is a bit out of scope for us, however, there was a discussion about it here:

You can use the preventDefault() function to cancel the event if it’s cancelable.
