Variations Minimum Quantity

I have a product with color variations associated. I have 100 set as the minimum on each color. However the quantity box is not showing 100. This works on simple product but not working on variations. Do I need Pro for this?

Just remembered this is a private store. I will show in screenshots.
Simple product works as expected. Min quantity pulling into quantity box next to add to cart button.
Variation products does not.
