Variations no longer displayed in mini-cart, cart and checkout pages

In version 2.4.0, 2.4.1, and 2.4.2, product variations are no longer displayed in the mini-cart, and on the cart and checkout pages – only the product itself and the price is displayed, which is confusing when the variation prices range from ￡80-￡310, for example. I’m using the latest version of the Storefront theme.
