Variations not changing sku and values

  • I have an error with the variations. This occurs when you have “default selections” selecting a certain variation. When you change the variation from the default selected to another variation, the SKU number doesn’t change. Even though in the cart/checkout/order email the variation is the correct name, the variation SKU did not change.

    How can this be resolved?

  • Hi aaronxbond,
    can you test if it happens with standard wordpress theme as well? I happens sometimes that theme uses old jigoshop files or that there are js errors.
    If it won’t work with standard theme too – please send us your Jigoshop system info to [email protected] and we’ll try to reproduce your issue.
