    I am unable to segment by product variations.

    I find it extremely bizarre that you are missing such a foundational feature. Many people use variations, variable subscriptions, etc and each variation is significantly different. Competitors to your plugin offer this, so it is definitely something you are missing, so don’t give me the line about hiring an expert because it’s not something the okgun team can handle. It certainly is!

    @nelsonleemiller Thanks so much for the feedback. Unfortunately this is a Mailchimp UI / UX question. We completely agree with what you’re saying that it would be great to segment by the product variations… but here at the plugin team, we don’t have any control over the core features of Mailchimp to be able to do anything like that at this point.

    I would highly suggest writing into Mailchimp support from your account, and tell them that you need this feature, I would even explain your workflow a little bit so they can pass that on to the product team. I will do the same right now for you.

    I’ll close this ticket out since this is more of a Mailchimp product team request, but know that your comment is logged and noted. If something is updated, it would probably be communicated to you through email, but we’ll do the best we can to push updates in the plugin as well to explain new additions as they come up.
