    A little background:
    I love your plugin and cannot thank you enough for all that you have put into it. My site has literally over a thousand products and in the past two years I have never had a single issue with it… until a few weeks ago.

    The issue:
    The last 3 times that one of my regular customers has submitted his order, the variations did not show up on any of the dozens of items he ordered. Every other customer’s order has come through fine. He said that he is using Firefox 40.0.2 (as am I but I cannot replicate the problem), Mac OSX 10.9.5, and he says that the variations do not show up in his cart at all even before checkout.

    Additional information:
    I am using the WordPress 4.3 with Atahualpa theme 3.7.24 and Simple Paypal Shopping Cart 4.1.2. I have not added any new plugins in months and this issue first occurred on 8-13-15. My website is https://columbus.grocerygazelle.com/

    Sorry if I gave too much or too little information… I’ve never posted a support request before. I did review past threads and didn’t see any similar issues. Please let me know if you know what is causing this problem and if there is any way to get his carts to show variations again. Thank you in advance!

    Hi you have provided great information ??

    Reading your issue, tells me that this is an isolated problem related with one client. The problem can be related to the following, a browser maybe not updated, not clearing the browser cache or other issues with their operating system.

    It also means that the plugin functions correctly.

    You will have to let your client know that the issue is related to their laptop or desktop preferably the browser they are currently using.

    As stated in the following message.

    Ask them to test a different browser if they have one installed.

    Thanks so much for the extremely quick response. That’s why you’re a 5-star plugin to me!

    As you suggested, I will ask my customer to try a different browser (and possibly a different device altogether) when he orders next week to see if that corrects the issue, and will mark as resolved if it does.

    On a somewhat unrelated side note: I would love to upgrade to your estore plugin, but it is unrealistic for me to update the thousand plus products on my site. I would be your first customer if you offered a pro version of the simple paypal shopping cart with similar features to the estore or if the estore would work with the simple paypal shopping cart shortcodes.

    Although the customer still has this problem on his primary computer, he was okay with using a different device to place his order so I am marking as resolved. Thanks again for your prompt and helpful responses!
