Variations setup on backend keeps loading and not working

I am having the same issue. Attached is a screen shot of the loading wheel. I can not get passed this loading wheel. @danteabad, will you please let me know on this thread if you find a solution to this issue?

I am also having the same issue, just updated the plugin to 3.0.4 and now when I click on variations it keeps loading and never loads.

Just to let you know I upgraded my theme to the latest version and this issue is resolved I was using the Avada theme.

I am running the7 theme and it is up to date with version 3.2 and I am still having this issue. Glad it worked for you @wffolkes

I finally got the variations working for me… My theme, The7, said it was up to date, that was because it was registered to the wrong theme forest account. I located the account the theme was purchased from and registered the theme to that account. It was them able to update to version 5.0 from 3.2.

But after I updated, the variations were still not working…

Visual Composer was the cause of this. I deleted it and re-installed a fresh copy. And after that everything was working great. I hope this works for you @danteabad

thanks! Actually i solved my problem yesterday updating the theme (avada) too, thanks to @wffolkes for the advide. now everything works fine.

Previous to that i tried to update the builder alone (fusion builder on Avada) but nothing changed so i guessed the main reason of this not to function properly was the theme and the way the should comunicate with woocommerce.

I have the exact same problem, when I’m trying to change variations the wheel is just loading and I can’t do anything. Tried to delete some plugins but nothing working for me. I am using Adventure Tours theme btw. Never had problem with this before, just happen.

Having the exact issue as well. Theme, woocommerce, and wordpress are all updated to the latest versions.

I was having the same issue with Variations. Updated wordpress, theme, all plugins and it still wasn’t working. I followed the advice of @chadwilli51 above regarding a fresh reinstall of Visual Composer and that also failed. On a hunch, decided to deactivate the plugin Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer. That fixed it!

Had the same issue. Just like @tassiepure, reinstalling VC did not work but deactivating Ultimate Addons for VC did the trick! Thanx!!!

I don’t have VC Ultimate Add Ons installed, but I tried deactivating WPBakery Visual Composer and had no luck. I’ve deactivated all other plugins, deleted cache, and I still can’t get product variations to show. PHP is v5.6.31. Any other possible fixes? All plugins are updated.
