Varies result in Load time

Hi Guys

We have install plugins Total Care Plugin in our website https://www.emarketexperts.com.au/
and we are really impress they way it’s working. It’s saving lots of time instead of doing manually. It’s come down 6 sec different in load time

But, every time we check in https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights and https://tools.pingdom.com/, It’s show us different results and different is really huge. SO, we were just wondering that we might left something or should we buy premium version OR not?
