    Hi – I have a website which I currently have ‘simple wp member’ plugin. It’s ok but there are some restrictions I am not totally happy with. i am wondering if your plugin will help.

    1. I want members to be able to sign up without being referred to the WordPress dashboard. I currently use an additional plugin to get around this with Simple WP Member. How does this work with AR Member?
    2. I am having problems with the Simple WP member cancellation process. I have to use a shortcode on the member edit profile page in order to place a PayPal and/or Stripe subscription cancel button(s) there. I currently can’t have the button AND the edit profile as the one replaces the other. How does this work in AR Member?
    3. Does AR Member have a ‘my account’ or similar page for a member to fully manage their membership?
    4. I am using Mailpoet to build a mailing list and I like the way it works. Does AR Member integrate with Mailpoet from the beginning (free version)?
    5. I am using Asgaros for my member forum. In Simple WP Member I simply restrict access to the forum pages. Does AR Member plugin have an integration for this?

    I am nowhere near having paying members yet and so am looking for the FREE plugin to begin with.

    Hello,

    1. As I understood from your request you want member to redirect to the specific page if so then, it will be possible with ARMember plugin.

    2. ARMember does provide a facility to add shortcode for the membership cancellation and member can cancel the membership plan from the current membership shortcode.

    3. ARMember does provide a shortcodes for the Memberships and payment Transactions shortcodes and you can add it to the WordPress post/page according to your requirements.

    4. Unfortunately opt-ins facility is not available in ARMember lite plugin.

    5. ARMember Lite does provide to add restriction for page/post but forum may have the custom post types so add restriction on custom post type facility is not available in ARMember Lite plugin.

    Thank you, this is very helpful.

    I understand that the opt-ins addos is not available with the free version, but does your opt-ins support integration with Mailpoet with the premium version.

    Once I have some members I will upgrade to the premium version but I need to know that people joining as paid members in ARMember will automatically be added to the Mailpoet list(s).
