Various auto coupons but not all of them appear

    I am fighting with a very strange issue:

    I have 5 coupons, 5% for when the customer has 5 products or more in the cart, 10% when there are 10 or more products in the cart, 15% for 15 products.. etc.. up to 25% for 25 products or more.

    I set all coupons to “only use one” and everything works like a charm, except that the 20% coupon won’t ever show up. 5% for 5 works, 10% for 10 products etc but between 15 and 25 the coupon for 15% appears. I have created and deleted the 20% coupon several times already to make sure it’s not a typo or a setting but it does not help.

    It gets stranger:

    When I edit the 20% coupon and change it to a lower number like 12% and set the minimum number of products to 12, it works – but then the coupon for 15% won’t work any longer, even if I put 17 products in my cart!

    I spent hours with trial & error, so help would be sooo appreciated. I have no idea what else I could try. Thank you!

    Have you also specified a maximum amount of items in the cart? E.g. 5-9 10-14 15-19

    Otherwise try changing the coupon priorities so that higher discount has higher priority.
