I see a few more notices in debug relating to the widget.

These are in the sidebar itself:

Notice: Undefined variable: image in C:\xampp\htdocs\xxx\wp-content\plugins\simple-links\widgets\simple.links.main.widget.php on line 184

Notice: Undefined index: description in C:\xampp\htdocs\xxx\wp-content\plugins\simple-links\widgets\simple.links.main.widget.php on line 189

Just an FYI as they do not affect the plugins usage, but it would be nice to clean them up from debug.
