Various errors

Dear: Good morning.
In 1st. Instead, tell them that, your plugin is great.
That said, the only 2 (two) things that, to date, I have not been able to solve are:
1) When I want to change the placeholder from Search here … to Search Site … and there is NO case. And, honestly, I have tried everything. Since…
1.1) Go to Ivory Search / Search Form / Desgin / Search Form Customize / Search Form Style / Text Box Placeholder
Where it actually says … “Search Within the Site” …
But that is NOT reflected in reality
1.2) I also went directly to Appearance / Theme Editor / My Theme / searchform.php
placeholder = “Search Within the Site ….”
That is, I loaded it manually and, it does not “pay attention” either.
Just in case, I already cleared ALL caches and still there was no case.

In 2nd. place and this might be bullshit. But, for me it is important …
When I click on the magnifying glass and the “dialog box” appears with the aforementioned legend (“Search here …”), if I do not enter ANY data and I click on the magnifying glass, the dialog box stays static, that is, it does NOT return to its place of origin as it should.
In other words…
When you click on the magnifying glass, the dialog box is displayed (which is fine) but …
If I want to collapse the dialog box by clicking on the magnifying glass again, this box is not collapsed (as do all the drop-down elements on my site, such as those next to the magnifying glass, heh)
Ergo, the only way to “close” the dialog, is to click on the search symbol and as a consequence the visitor ends up “finding” ALL my articles.
Which, of course, is a waste of time and an unnecessary consumption of resources.

Note that it uses an incognito window so that the result is not distorted by a cache issue (Although, as I already mentioned, I cleaned them ALL)
