Recently gallery photos stopped showing in the site. I looked here and several others had the same problem. I’ve tried creating new galleries, but am getting errors doing that also:
gallery_other01.jpg: Error, the file could not moved to : /home/customer/www/studiospinola.com/public_html/wp-content/flagallery/other2/gallery_other01.jpg

Warning: opendir(/home/customer/www/studiospinola.com/public_html/wp-content/flagallery/other2): failed to open dir: No such file or directory in /home/customer/www/studiospinola.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/flash-album-gallery/admin/functions.php on line 465
Unable to write to directory /home/customer/www/studiospinola.com/public_html/wp-content/flagallery/other2. Is this directory writable by the server?

Is there an issue with the plugin code? Or maybe with folder permissions? The host is siteground.com if that helps. Thank you for any suggestions.

You need to check if the folder /wp-content/flagallery/ folder is exists on your server and if this folder and all subfolders (galleries) have write permissions.

Are your images and galleries shows fine in the admin panel?

Flagallery folder has permissions granted except Group & All can not Write to it.
    Could this be the problem?
The images do not show in Admin Panel > FlAG Gallery. There is a broken image icon there and the images are not where they should be in the directory. I’m not sure what happened since I didn’t move or delete them.
    Thank you for your help.

Also, I tried to create a basic gallery in wordpress on the site and got an error with that also, “Error Message: Unable to create directory. Is it’s parent directory writable by the server?” so maybe the errors are related.

I figured out part of the problem, posting it here in case anyone else has the same issue. The old galleries still aren’t showing the images, though the new galleries were showing errors because the previous designer had all image uploads going to a Cloudways folder, though the site is no longer hosted by Cloudways. Changing that upload directory allowed new images to be posted and show.
