Hi there, I have experienced various issues with this plugin.

    1) I am able to deactivate the plugin however when I select delete it does not delete it just says deleting. I have left for 10+ mins to test and I have had to manually remove via file manager on the server.

    2) Once setup I am able to see the data however when my clients login they just see a welcome/setup screen. Ideally I would like my clients to see data from Analytics, Adsense and Search Console all in one place on the site. I have some companies with 10+ employees actively using the site and setting up for each of them would be a pain. Please fix this!

    3) Random errors during setup on some sites. I have tested this on various sites with different hosting providers and 1 in every 5 sites wont setup and just shows a error.

Bit dissapointed as I was excited to hear this plugin was out of beta development however it seems it should still be in beta for now while the bugs are fully ironed out.

My main hosting provider is Siteground however I do have some sites on A2 Hosting. All running latest WordPress with standard setups.

@gilesholder I’m sorry to hear about the issues you experienced. Let’s review the items that you’ve raised:

    1) This is something that hasn’t been reported before. Does this happen on all your sites and hosting providers?

    2) Currently, to view the dashboard and its data all users have to have WordPress admin access and their respective Google accounts need to have owner and administrative permissions on the properties. You can read more about permissions levels required in our documentation.

Various user access to dashboards has been a popular request, and you can follow the progress of it on our Github repository.

    3) We’re actively addressing errors, so any information you can provide (the errors, screenshots, browser console errors), would be most helpful. You may also find our troubleshooting guide helpful to fix common issues.

Super helpful to have your hosting providers, we’ll be continuing investigations. Again, information you can provide about your particular issues, we’d gladly look into to help resolve.

    Hey,
I agree with the “Out of Beta” part of your comment, my review suggested that as well. Since then I have seen the plugin’s performance improve, but I still have to re-authenticate after every update.

As to A2 Hosting, I have a lot of my personal and business sites there under a reseller account. I haven’t had any different experience loading it there than I have with GoDaddy, InMotion, or WPEngine hosts. I will say that I generally uninstall all the A2 Hosting plugins that allegedly improve performance.

As to getting the deeper stats, I am waiting for a response from a few site owners to tell me what they are seeing. Unless they shared ownership of the site with you, you will likely have to share the ownership with them if they want access to the deeper data available via Google’s various consoles (Search, Analytics, & Page Speed Insights).

I really want this to work because even the basic back end data helps make quick tweaks of content. My SEO and site performance workload is easier to justify to the powers that sign my checks now that they can see the basic data.
