    Hello, I would like to set up 2 different types of order confirmations in my online shop, how can I do that?

    I have normal products and they receive the standard order confirmation.

    Then I have repair orders that require different information in the order confirmation.

    How can I set this up?

    To set up two different types of order confirmations, you would need to customize your WooCommerce emails. You can do this by using a plugin like WooCommerce Email Customizer, Email Customizer Pro or by editing the email templates in your theme files.

    For the repair orders, you can create a new email class in WooCommerce and trigger this email when a repair order is made. This requires some knowledge of PHP and WordPress hooks.

    If you’re not comfortable with coding, I’d recommend hiring a developer or reaching out to a service like Codeable.io for assistance.

    Alternatively, you can use AutomateWoo to trigger a custom order confirmation mail based on products or workflow.
