Various Problems With No Support

Although the theme is nice, there are various problems. I paid for pro and cannot remove the footer credit. I contacted support and they never helped me resolve the issue. In the widget area, If you are trying to upload a picture for your “About Me” section, the upload image button does not work. I contacted support regarding this issue as well and they never responded. Being that I paid for PRO, I should have received priority support. I contacted them since early morning and now it’s night. There isn’t an email from them in sight. Another issue is the social icons and search icon, etc. are showing as boxes with a X in them. I shouldn’t have to go through these many problems with not one person from support stepping in to resolve my issues. After all, it’s THEIR theme that they don’t seem to be updating and fixing bugs. If you want to buy, go right ahead but you have been warned about the issues you face. Customer service only wants your money and that’s about it. I didn’t get what I paid for and a charge back may be my only resolution
