    Hi. Four questions about the form.

    1. Can it be used as a long questionnaire – e.g. 40 Q&As?
    2. Can you save the form as you go along – in case you need to return later?
    3. Can the form be password-protected?
    4. Do I need the free version or the paid version? Can I upgrade to the paid one later?
    5. Can I add, edit or delete questions?
    6. Can the answers be emailed to me as a PDF?
    7. Any examples of use on the web?

    Hi Ben,

    1. Yes.
    2. Yes.
    3. You can put the form on a password-protected page or set it up so only certain user roles can see the form.
    4. You can use the free version at any time, but only minimal features are included in the free version and our support is not included.
    5. Yes, on the form builder page.
    6. This is not built-in, but may be possible with this add-on:
