Various Reference or Purposes

  • Hi there,

    we are building a fundraiser Website for various Projects.
    So our idea is to set up a Post for each Project with Description and your donation Button.

    But since we have different Projects we want the possibility to Set a specific Reference or Purpose for the different Buttons in each Post so we can distinguish the payments for each Project.

    Is this currently possible by setting parameters in the shortcode?
    I couldn′t find this possibility in your documentation or am I missing something?

    Also it would be great if you could use various Purposes in the Goals.
    Because as far as I see there is also just the default purpose used.

    I’d like this as well, and I think lots of people need this.

    In the Settings -> General page you have a Purpose field. I would like to override this in the shortcode, i.e. [paypal_donation_button purpose=”In Memory of Bill”].

    Also, on the Donation List, the Purpose needs to be displayed. Ideally I’d like to list donations grouped by Purpose.

    Then I can have many donation pages, each with a different Purpose, which is important to me for tracking.

    This would make your plugin much more usable.
