    1. To understand the role that shopengine plays in generating ecommerce store related templates, please clarify what is essentially occurring when I create a shopengine template, for instance a shopengine “shop” template.

    2. Is this the answer: If the shopengine-created shop page template is activated, it replaces an elementor-created shop page template

    3. why is it called a shop template and in the pages section of wordpress it is listed as a page (not a template)? How then do I discern between pages and templates?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Dear @aonefun,

Thanks for reaching out to us & am understand your concern.

I want to emphasize that ShopEngine doesn’t provide individual pages; rather, it supplies customizable templates tailored for enhancing default WooCommerce pages such as Shop, Cart, Checkout, and others. In this video https://d.pr/v/TzWCol, I’ve demonstrated an example using the Shop page template on this video. Additionally, you have the option to incorporate templates for the Cart, Checkout, Single Product Page, and various other elements. Hopefully, you are clear on this topic.

Let me know if you have any other queries or clarifications.

    Best Regards,
    Reju
