Varying Commission Rates

    Can I, as the site owner and administrator, charge different commission rates:

    1) different category of vendor ?

    2) different products of each category?

    For example, a commission rate of 5% for the sale of a cellphone would be acceptable, but 5% for the sale of a car would be crazy. So perhaps 1% for car dealers for cars priced from so and so, and .05% for cars priced from so and so, etc.
