VAT calculating wrong

  • Hi there,

    We are having an issue with the giftcard plugin where it hasn’t charged the VAT correctly on an order, but has charged for postage which is shouldn’t have.

    It seems to be an issue with the plugin, as woocommerce is set up correctly.

    Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

    Are you using the Gift card code in the default WooCommerce coupon section?

    Can you share your site’s link and a gift card code for us to try?

    I have checked but with a fixed amount I cannot check if the Gift card is being calculated after or before the taxes are applied to the order, because it will always subtract the same amount.

    Apart from that, everything looks fine for me on the page, the code was correctly applied to the order, the amount is subtracted and also shipping & taxes are included in the total amount.

    Does this do not happen to you?
