VAT# disappears after saving

    Hi, Great plugin.
    There’s an issue, when I get a order, I can see in the order painel the vat# from my client, but when I hit the button update/save for any reason, it just disappears…
    Can you help?

    We tried to reproduce the issue, without success. Updating the order preserved the VAT number in all our tests.

    I’m afraid that I can’t say why the VAT number disappears, without seeing the issue. Perhaps there is some conflict, somewhere. We would need to schedule an investigation to figure out what the issue could be.

    If you need assistance getting to the bottom of the issue, you can avail of our support service, or you can contact us to schedule a consultation. We can then reproduce the issue directly on a staging copy of your site, going step by step through the logic that saves the orders, and find out what the cause is.

    Hi Pedro,
    Another user was kind enough to help us reproducing the issue and finding its cause. We managed to isolate it and prepare a fix, and we are going to release an update for the plugin shortly.
