    This is the support forum for WooCommerce. Other plugins/extensions are not supported here.

    Ok so I tried with your official EU VAT plugin

    I would encourage you to open a support request with the team that provides support for that. That can be done here: ?https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/?form=ticket and make sure that you select the proper extension from the dropdown there.

    Actually, on Github I’ve mentioned that I’ve tried both VAT Exemption plugins, the one from Woocommerce and the one from Yith. Both give exactly the same results so I assumed it’s a Woocommerce issue. That’s why I opened a ticket here ??

    If you are sure it’s not a Woocommerce issue, I’ll contact both plugins devs.
