VAT field no longer showing in checkout

  • Hi.
    We are testing a combo with bank transfer plus Klarna Checkout for 6 shops. All workd fine, but your EU VAT field is not showing if client selects bank transfer, only if client selects Klarna Checkout.
    Please advise.

    Thanks for reaching out! Please ensure that you are using the default settings for the Payment Methods Control section in the General tab. If you have made any changes, try disabling them to see if the field appears as expected.

    This could be a possible plugin conflict. I disabled the BodyCommerce plugin and then your field appeared for both the payment options. I am in contact with their lead developer now. Will keep you updated!
