Hello good. I just noticed the following problem on my website.

I have WooCommerce configured applying the prices of the products with VAT included.

I only apply VAT for EUROPE, so when someone buys from me from, for example, MEXICO, VAT is not applied. So far so good.

The problem comes when the status of an order without VAT is changed to, for example, “completed”, as soon as you change the status of the order, the VAT is subtracted again, that is, it divides each product by 1.21 individually, which results in remove the VAT “twice”.

As soon as I deactivate the plugin this is solved, this error only happens with orders without VAT.

Do you have any ideas to solve it?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi there, firstly, thank you so much for downloading and using our plugin AND for taking the time to submit this detailed query, we are happy to hear that the plugin meets a need that you have.

With regard to your query, the free version of the plugin is built to just handle products that have VAT (so no zero rated products or zero rated countries) and also just single tax rates and I believe this is why you are seeing the incorrect calculations on status changes. You will probably see that for your EU orders all the calculations work without a problem because VAT is always applied there.

Zero-rated products AND multiple tax rates are both supported in the premium version available directly here: https://www.robotdwarf.com/woocommerce-plugins/admin-order-modifier/ or if you prefer, via the Woo Marketplace here: https://woo.com/products/admin-order-modifier/

Based on the information you have provided I do believe that the premium version will work for your particular store requirements. I hope that helps, please let me know if you need more info, or have any other questions on either the free or premium versions and thank you again for reaching out with this issue!

Hello good. thanks for the reply.

I have checked the links and in both of them it returns a 404, on the other hand, I have a question.

Do you have a demo of the premium version of the plugin? I would not like to make the purchase and realize that the error does not come from there even though everything indicates that it will be resolved with the premium version.

If it is resolved by purchasing the paid version, I will buy it without a doubt.

    All the best, oscar.
