    Hello,

    I have a problem with BTW (VAT). When a customer makes an order with direct bank payment and has checked out, they get an email to pay the bill with the amount shown on the invoice. All the amount are shown ok. But afterward the only VAT on the shipping cost is not showing anymore in Woocommerce and the total cost is also automatic adapted. This seems to occur by direct bank payment, with other payment methods there are no issues. Do you have any idea how to solve this issue?

    I understand how important it is for your VAT to display correctly, especially for your direct bank payment customers.

    The issue seems unique, and could be related to several factors. To isolate the problem, I suggest performing a conflict test by switching to a default WordPress theme, and then deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce to see if the issue is gone, if yes, that means a theme or a plugin is contributing to the issue.
