VAT Not Working

    Suddenly today a customer asked to add VAT to the invoice. In the past it was fine, I changed nothing. I checked settings, added every possible VAT related item, nothing…can’t even get the customer note to work, I tried writing it there, but won’t show. What’s up? https://snipboard.io/lwvWjY.jpg
    These refuse to show on invoice.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Kindly mention the third-party plugin name that you use to include the customer’s VAT number in the WooCommerce order.

    I was using WP Desk Flexible Invoices which still works and shows the VAT number on the invoices. Unfortunately I cannot get WooCommerce PDF Invoices, Packing Slips, Delivery Notes and Shipping Labels to show the VAT on the invoices when i use the same settings as @nelsonleemiller

    My original post has disappeared and I cannot report it as it says I already said that.

    I have just started testing this plugin and this feature is something that I was counting on working. I have enabled the corresponding meta fields which I know have VAT numbers populated. The phone and email do however show up. I was using WP Desk Flexible Invoices which still works and shows the VAT number on the invoices.

    Greetings from WebToffee!

    We have introduced adding custom meta information (Invoice/Packing > Invoice > General > Order meta fields) to the invoice documents in the latest version of our plugin. Using that method, you can add the VAT meta and display it in the invoice documents. Kindly go through the below screenshot for a better understanding.

    I have the same problem on a client’s website, I put the VAT number to be displayed but it does not appear in the breakdown of the invoice…
