As there is no option within the plugin to add custom data it email, please use below code snippet. Copy the code to you active theme’s functions.php

add_filter( 'wf_pklist_alter_shipping_from_address', 'wf_pklist_add_email_in_from_address', 10, 3);
function wf_pklist_add_email_in_from_address($fromaddress, $template_type, $order)
{
	if($template_type=='invoice')
	{
		$fromaddress['email']='addyouremailhere';
	}
	return $fromaddress;
}
