    Hi There,

since a while I am having a problem finding the root cause of a translation problem.
VAT number of the customer is not being translated from the plugin (The used plugin is EU VAT Number by woocommerce).
When I go to woocommerce – order – order details, the VAT Number is not being translated in view mode.
When i switch to edit mode of the invoice details I do see the translation.
I already contacted the plugin creator but they asked me to chek in the forum.
What could be the root cause of this?

    BR

I cannot guess at the root cause of another plugin’s behaviour, when I did not write the plugin and it is not open source.

As per the pinned topic, Loco Translate is a PO file editor. Its job is to save PO/MO files. It is your plugin’s job to use theses files. It is the plugin creator’s responsibility to tell you if a particular translation can be loaded from MO files and help you find why their plugin is not displaying a specific translation that you have saved.

    Hi,

I could not find the problem until now, when I check the PO file was not fully translated. When posting the PO file was however fully translated.

    thx can be closed.
