VAT report update

    When/how often does the VAT report page update? I am testing the plugin and non of my orders show up in the report. I tried multiple statuses for the orders (processing, completed ect) and different EU countries.

    update: It shows the placed order for a split second when I refresh the page or change the timeframe for the table, but when I try to click on them or download the file it doens’t show anything. I think it’s a bug.

    What happens if you click all the order status checkboxes to show all order statuses?

    hi David, for some unknown reason, the form shows my 2 test now, but not the one made 2 days ago from the same country as I tested from. It should be in there. Does this mean it takes the plugin a day or two to process the orders? Because that is what it looks like now. The plugin does show tax info in the order information.

    o the glitch now only shows 1 test purchase, but the others only very briefly when the page is loading. I tried deleting and reinstalling the plugin but to no avail. All setting seem to be correct, it just isn’t displaying them correctly.

    This suggests that the order has an order status that is not selected. (The page contains all order statuses, but JavaScript will hide those rows not selected).
