VAT shows 0 at checkout with prices VAT included

    Hi there,
    Checkout page does not calculate VAT and shows 0.

    I have Tax settings as below:
    Prices entered: inclusive tax
    Calculate tax based on: shop address
    Shipping class: standard
    prices displayed in the store: including tax
    prices displayed at checkout: excluding tax

    All products have tax status: taxable and Tax class: standard

    Standard rate settings as below:
    Country code GB
    State code GB
    Postcode / ZIP *
    City *
    Rate % 20.0000
    Tax name VAT
    Priority 1
    Compound not selected
    Shipping selected

    Could you please help me understand if I have missed something?

    Hi @pistachiobee,

    Thanks for sharing the System Status report and making the WooCommerce pages public. While testing your checkout with several UK addresses, indeed VAT shows 0. Is it possible to share with us a screenshot of the Standard Rate setup from WooCommerce → Settings → Tax → Standard Rates?.

    Just to mention, while nothing major stands out from the Status Report, I set up the same standard rate taxes on my test site and the 20% taxes were applied during checkout. Therefore, it would also be good to do a conflict test to check whether the issue is being caused by a plugin or theme conflict.     In the State Code field, kindly leave it blank rather than writing GB then save changes. Let us know if it starts calculating taxes after that.
