Vaultpress backups blocked by Cerber

  • Hello

    WP Cerber is blocking my Vaultpress backups. I have disabled Cerber and updates have resumed.

    Vaultpress suggest to whitelist these IP ranges. 192.0.64.1 to 192.0.127.254. I know how to Whitelist an individual IP but how do I whitelist a range of IP addresses?

    What storage do you use for backups?

    Thanks for the reply.

    The backups are automated via their Vaultpress WordPRess plugin. Initially our backup’s took place using just our URL. That stopped working. Then I set up FTP and SSH and still did not work.

    I have been working with Vaultpress support. Their error logs when trying to backup our site are coming up as “wp_cerber_sets” issues.

    I ended up having to uninstall Cerber so that our backups work.

    I have not tried the IP range whitelist. Will do and see if it disturbs the backup.
