We are using the following shortcode on a page (I hid some info for privacy purposes:

    [vc_snc embed_type="lightbox" item_id="1" item_name="***-SCORM-11****" button="large" title="***" button_text="LAUNCH COURSE" width="100%" height="1000px" slider_script="nivo" nivo_transition="fade" href="https://***.com/wp-content/uploads/uncanny-snc/1/scormdriver/indexAPI.html" global_lightbox="1"]

On the frontend, there’s a “LAUNCH COURSE” button which opens a lightbox and everything works fine. However, the button is only visible on the page to logged in users. Is it possible to make it visible for guests?

    Thank you!

    Hi @vcpaige ,

We did just want to confirm that this forum is only for the Toolkit plugin. We’re happy to help with questions related to other plugins on our website.

Having said that, please note that you must disable content protection in Tin Canny if you want assets to be visible to anonymous users.

That makes sense, sorry for going to the wrong spot for support! But thank you, that fixed our issue.
