vCita multiple contact forms

1. Currently, with each vCita account you can create one form.
To create multiple forms in multiple languages, You’ll need to create additional vCita accounts (at no cost).

2. vCita contact form plugins automatically created a new contact us page for your form, but you can use the shortcode to add the form to any page you’d like.
