Veglink on website WITHOUT plugin?

Hi

I have just found a number of veglinks on my right hand product filters in https://www.commissionit.co.uk/personalised-gifts-bespoke-works/

hover over Greeting Cards(2649)as an example.

I have NEVER installed this plugin so how is this possible?

How do i remove them?
