Vela Theme – Revolution Slider Value

Does your Revolution slider appears as a custom field in Settings > Languages > Synchronization? If yes could you uncheck it?

Then you must create one slider per language to translate the slider’s contents (images, pages …).

Already do that, but the Vela Theme keep the same setting for the 2 versions of the page.

I am having the same issue with a theme with sliding banners. It does not appear in the settings under custom and I am unable to create a slider per language.

How did you create your sliders in Media or in your Theme options?

My Theme was purchased through FrogThemes and they use a custom option of “Home Banners” and you just add in the image you want and any text that needs to go over the image along with buttons and links etc. Mine I would say would be done via the Theme Options

For me it’s was an import via the theme, but after i duplicate it to done the other language, so the second one is kind of my creation.

Is it possible to create slider from the option Media? If yes did you check the option Media in Settings > Languages > Settings tab?

I already did check that option.

And no, Sliders are created and managed in Revolution Slider tab.

The only thing close to the solution i found is this :

But polylang dont seem to handle revolution sliders like that. It will be the simpliest way i think, this way it’s behaving like a regular post or page.

Please provide a copy screen of your Polylang settings (Languages > Settings tab) and a copy screen of the “Media” setting (edit an image).

Revolution Slider > Create New slider
I looked at and you must create one slider per language (i.e one for english and one for french).

Then for example put the shortcode of the english slider in your english page or post and do the same for french.

Th fact is that i already have 2 sliders with for each one another language, but when i set in the theme fields that are above the page, it apply to all version of this page, not only one language…

And i have no other to display the slider and keep the design 100% perfect as it is.
