Do you have a link to the site? If the links are working on desktop devices, they should also work on mobile devices. There is nothing done differently between the desktop and mobile sites in terms of the permalink structures.

Have you tried re-saving the permalink settings to see if that helps? You can do this by heading into ‘Settings > Permalinks’ and clicking ‘Save Settings’ without altering any option.
