Vender registration form – custom fields not showing up anymore

    Hello,

    This summer we started using Dokan-lite for multi vendors and we customised the registration form to collect some extra fields and it all worked well and dandy, we followed this post to customise the form: https://wedevs.com/blog/406959/add-extra-fields-to-wordpress-registration-plugin/.

    However, recently, the form went back to its original form, even though the child theme which I created specifically for this is still active and the actual file seller-registration-form.php is still in the globals folder in the child theme. This change happened just recently maybe after an automatic update of Dokan, I don’t really know.

    Can you please help me figure it out?

    Hi @websitefactory

    It sounds like you’ve done an excellent job customizing the vendor registration form in your child theme. It’s possible that a recent update to Dokan may have overridden or affected how your customization is being applied, even though your custom seller-registration-form.php file is still present in the child theme.

    You may need to consult with a WordPress customization expert who can examine your child’s theme’s code and ensure compatibility with the latest Dokan updates.
