Vendor Approval Button Not working

  • Hi, I am trying to create the flow for Vendor registration on my Website using the Required Approval option.

    I can see the message that a Customer applied for the Vendor status, and I can see the button to do this, but when I click it nothing is happening.

    Where can I check what is not working, or what could be the reason for it?
