Vendor cannot set shipping in vendor dashboard

    Hi Community,

    I cannot set anything under “Shipping”. This notice comes:

    I also followed these instructions:

    this is also activated:

    setting

    Shipping Zone Configuration is also set.

    I can choose the class:

    option

    I don’t have that:

    I had deleted it, now I no longer get it set.

    do I have to do an authorization somewhere? I couldn’t find a solution in the wcmp forum. btw: my logon doesn’t work anymore, I can’t have the password sent to me either.
