Vendor can’t upload any picture.

    Hello, only me as admin can upload pictures but my vendors can not upload any image at all. i tested it as vendor myself with a demo account. Vendors cant upload it says no items found on each try

    It sounds like there might have a conflict on your website. So, this will need to check if that is coming from any theme or plugin. Please make sure that you’ve already done the conflict test. If you haven’t yet, then please follow the below procedures for testing purposes.

    • Please deactivate all plugins except the Dokan and WooCommerce.

      • If the above method doesn’t resolve your problem, then go for the next.

    • Switched to any default theme like Twenty Twenty-One or Storefront.
    • Clear your site cache as well as the browser cache and try the process again.

      • If the above method doesn’t resolve your problem, kindly contact us through our support channel.

    It was a plugin conflict. I deactivated other plugin and left dokan and woo commerce plus my theme plugin and it worked. I have started acyivating my plugins one aftervthe other to find out the culprit among the plugins causing the issue. Thanks

    Hello.
    I found the culprit. It is One User Avatar plugin for adding user avatar image to wordpress. pls is there any other alternative plugin to One User Avatar that works perfect? Pls give me link if there is any. Thank you
