Vendor Commission Shows N/A

Hi there,

I am currently testing out the WCFM plugin for our physical store, where we sell our own products, as well as products from other vendors. When we sell another vendor’s product, they get 100% of the commission. Despite setting the commission rate, it does not show up in the orders page.

I have done the following:
1. Created a test vendor.
2. Added a product and assigned it to the test vendor.
3. Set the commission settings as follows:
Commission For: Vendor
Commission Mode: Percent
Commission Percent: 100
4. Completed a sale of the test product using our POS (we are using WooPos)

Result:
The order shows up on the orders page, and the gross sales amount is correct, but the Vendor Earnings column reads “N/A”. Also, when I log in as the test vendor, that order does not show up on the dashboard.

Is there something else I should be changing?
