    Hi,

A vendor is unable to add images for a product. When they try to add the featured product, they are unable to click the featured image button. Same with adding images to gallery. Our upload folder has 755 rights but nothing seems to happen. As an admin, I am able to add images to the vendor products but the vendors themselves are unable to add any images from their dashboard

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @karanjhanwer ,

    I understand the problem.

Do you have a user role edit plugin or the seller avatar plugin? Sometimes these plugins override the image upload capability for new user roles like Dokan’s “seller” user role and cause the conflict.

Please try after deactivating all plugins except Dokan & WooCommerce then go ahead to activate one by one to see which one is causing the issue.

    Let me know the update.

    Thank you ??

    Hi Rashid,

I don’t have any of these plugins. Here is the screenshot of the issue

If you look at the right hand bottom side, the add feature image button is disabled. Is there some rights that I need to change?

    Thank you

    Hello @karanjhanwer ,

Does it happen only when you try to choose an image? Can you upload an image from the vendor dashboard?

If you have already tried deactivating all plugins & switching to a default theme please contact our support channel with your site credentials. We will investigate this further.

    Thank you ??
