    Hi,

I’m sorry but the vendor can not see directly orders. Each vendor can access all order information from the commission table, which it is in the left menu.

This would been a good option for vendors to be able to update order status… Could you consider adding?

OR at least allow vendors to update tracking information using yith tracking info plugin?

Hi, do you find the order managemnet it in the latest (version 1.6.0) of YITH WooCommerce Multi Vendor.

For order tracking compatibility, we add this in a future release.

Hm.. I have 1.5.2. I just purchased & installed two days ago… and it’s not telling me there’s update available. How do I get 1.6.0?

Order tracking compatibility would be nice,… it’d force me to buy tracking pro version from you… lol

What you should do is what WPMU DEV does.. charge one price for all the plugins you have. I think that’s add value to your package since you offer so many different plugins. ??

    Just a thought.

just got notification for update on vendor premium but this is error I got: An error occurred while updating YITH WooCommerce Multi Vendor Premium: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Ok, so I uploaded to 1.6.0 manually…

I see that for all the new orders, it creates a suborder where vendor CAN update which is nice. And I don’t mind doing manual work or updating based on vendor updates but here’s my suggestion to make it easier.

    – Would it be possible to show sub-order underneath regular order in grey color background or something? so that we can see both on one page? It’d make the sync process much easier!

    – When I did update on main order from ADMIN side, it gave me an error. Did not write it down.. I went back and saw that everything was updated.. but I think there’s an issue with handler, please check?

    thanks.

Yes, we know this issue. Our team works to fix it in the next release.

Of course. You see the error with version 1.6.0 (free) or 1.6.1 (premium) ?

So far on 1.6.1 premium, it’s all good. All these has been resolved. ?? See my review for ultimate suggestions but it’s a good plugin!

The order view page seems a little bit buggy (in 1.7.0).

If you loggin as a vendor and click on the checkbox and try a bulk action you cant edit the order (shouldnt you be able to edit your own? )

If you click on the “complete” or precessing action button (on the right). You can edit any order (shouldnt you only be able to edit your own)?

And finally you cannot view any order by clicking on it, even your own.

    Hi Marc4770,

I tested multi vendor plugin and works fine.

The vendor only edit our orders. If you logged in like a vendor and see all orders, you have a user role problem (probably you had set it to shop manager use Vendor role instead).
You can edit the vendor role under “Users”.
    Regards.

No, I’m sure I set it to vendor. I see the products and order menus. Products work fine (only edit own product). But in order there are tabs at the top (mine and all). If i click on all i can complete any order. If i click on Edit on my own order it says i cannot edit it

    Hi Marc,

I’m sorry for this. I tested my local installation and works fine. Please, can you send me the WordPress credentials to do some test ?
Please, send an email to plugins[at]yithemes[dot]com

    Hi Yithemes,

I’m also seeing this behavior on the free v1.9.2.

User setup as “vendor” in a brand new, simple WP install (no user permissions editing plugins, etc.).

    Vendor has single product assigned.

When logged in as vendor (chrome incognito window), everything seems to work fine EXCEPT 1) the view order section 2) Vendor Profile.

In the order section I can see a test order (which only contains the one product this particular vendor owns). But when I try and view the order details, I get a WP error screen saying:

“You do not have permission to edit this product. Click here to view and edit your products.”

Which doesnt make sense, because I can directly edit the product with this user. I can also see the commissions area and the commission attached to this order fine…its just the “order” view that doesn’t seem to work.

The second issue is when I go to Vendor Profile section, I can’t edit any of this data. The fields let me change them, but when I hit “save vendor information” the page refreshes and the changes are erased. No error message here. I can make changes with the admin login and they persist, so this seems to be another permissions issue.

FYI: this user can edit/save the regular WP profile fields without issue.

    Thanks.
