Vendor Page and Products dosen′t show up

Hi everyone,

first of all sorry for the bad english.

i use the handy store theme to build a multi vendor page. there is woocommerce installed.
When i create a new vendor, it doesn′t show up on the page.

Also when i click on shop it doesn′t show any products i created.

whats wrong here? i already tried to update the permalinks but nothing happend.
